Meet Kelsey

Mindful Monday Flow | The Sunday Exhale

Kelsey received her 300 CYT through World Peace Yoga in Clifton. She has an educated background in the founding traditions of Hatha yoga practices and finds her personal practice as a gentle dance, connecting balance and movement. With seven years of teaching experience, her studies further include certification in Trauma-Informed Yoga, Transformational Meditation, and Hot Power Yoga.  Fitness and health have always been of priority in her life, whether in dedication to strength training, cardio, enjoyment of hiking, yoga, and living an intentional and healthy lifestyle. Classes will be taught and guided as a Slow Vinyasa Flow, combining the connection of breath and movement.

“Yoga profoundly made an impact in my life when I began searching for a deeper and more authentic experience of self. Yoga for me is about connection. It is the connection and balance you find within yourself using your breath, your body, your mind, and your spirit. Yoga is simply working towards your greater peace. In class, you will find a welcome and peaceful presence for all. I focus on mind-body connections, meditative readings, pranayama, nurturing empowerment through self-awareness, and educational pose alignment. In a world of constant stimulation and “on the go” mentality, I encourage you to take time for yourself, to pause, and find your stillness. Yogis of all backgrounds are welcome into class, whether you are new to your practice, seasoned in your flow, or nursing an old injury. I will meet you exactly where you are.”

Mindful Monday
Flow

Unwind, reflect, and realign as you gently close out the weekend and prepare for the week ahead. Sunday Reset Yoga is a deeply nourishing, slow-paced experience designed to calm the nervous system, release stored tension, and restore your inner balance.

We’ll begin with a guided meditation to ground your energy and invite clarity, followed by an oracle card reading to set an intention and theme for the practice. From there, you’ll ease into yin and restorative poses, held for longer periods to encourage deep release in the body and mind, supported by props and intentional stillness.

Throughout the class, you’ll be guided through somatic breathwork to help regulate your nervous system and reconnect with your body’s natural rhythm. The experience is woven together with the soothing vibrations of sound bowls, allowing the resonance to wash over you and support deep relaxation and energetic reset.

This class is perfect for all levels—no prior yoga or meditation experience needed. Come as you are, leave feeling grounded, centered, and refreshed for the week ahead.

This class will be offered twice a month at 4 pm.

The Sunday
exhale

Ease into the week with a slow, intentional vinyasa designed to help you unwind, reconnect, and move with purpose. This gently paced flow links breath and movement in a steady, meditative rhythm, allowing space to release tension and quiet the mind.

We’ll focus on relaxing breathwork to settle the nervous system, followed by mindful, fluid sequences that encourage presence rather than performance. Movements are accessible and unhurried, offering time to explore sensation and cultivate awareness within each pose.

The class closes with a self-reflective meditation, inviting you to check in, set personal intentions, and ground yourself for the week ahead. Expect a balanced blend of gentle strength, mobility, and rest—leaving you feeling centered, calm, and reset.

Perfect for all levels, especially those looking to slow down, move with intention, and create a peaceful transition into the week.
