Is this your first time stepping onto the mat? Maybe you're returning to deepen your practice? Here, all are welcome, honored, and supported. Yoga is not about perfection, but showing up to the mat as you are. It's about planting seeds of healing, strength, and self love + creating the space inside for these seeds to bloom.

Mats, blocks, bolsters, and other props available* for community use so you can experience a fully supported and comfortable practice. Wear clothing that will be comfortable as you move and stretch, socks are optional. Hair ties, deodorant, hand towels, and feminine hygiene products available for student use.

We offer occassional free yoga classes, be sure to check the class schedule for our next session.
