Service Description
Chair Yoga is a gentle form of yoga that’s done while sitting in a chair or using one for support. It’s perfect for beginners or anyone who wants to improve their flexibility, strength, and balance without getting up and down off of the floor. In this class, we’ll move through simple stretches and breathing exercises that help you: • Release tension in your shoulders, neck, and back • Improve posture and balance safely • Build strength in your core and legs • Reduce stress and calm your mind • Boost circulation and energy throughout your body No special clothes or experience needed—just come as you are in comfy clothes that move with you, and enjoy a relaxing session that leaves you feeling refreshed and more connected to your body.

You will be fully refunded if you cancel with 24 hours notice. No refunds will be offered if you cancel with less than 24 hours notice or no show to your scheduled session. We will work to reschedule you if you suddenly cannot make your scheduled class. Yoga provides great benefits, but only you know your own body and limits.
