Slow Power Flow
For RYT-200 Jen Lotz, yoga is much more than a physical practice—it is the purest form of self-care. Teaching for the past four years across studios, athletic clubs, private sessions, and special events, Jen guides her students through a practice that emphasizes present-moment awareness and mindfulness.
To deepen her practice and teaching, Jen is currently training in Chromatic Yoga with international teacher Matt Giordano. This global brand utilizes a signature step-by-step approach designed to simplify the practice, improving body awareness and functionality. Through this method, Jen’s ultimate goal is for her students to walk away feeling deeply empowered in their bodies and armed with practical knowledge of how to unlock new levels of strength and stability.
Jen passionately believes that we are all capable of far more than we realize, both on and off the mat. When she isn’t teaching, you can find Jen out and about in Milford, Ohio—whether she’s paddle boarding on the Little Miami, working in her community’s garden, or setting off on adventures with her family.
Slow Power Flow
Find your edge. Anchor your mind.
Step onto the mat for a practice that bridges physical empowerment with deep mindfulness. Slow Power Flow is a thoughtfully structured, slower-paced power class designed to help you explore your true physical potential without the rush.
By slowing down the transition between shapes, we invite you to consciously match breath to movement. This deliberate pace creates a powerful moving meditation, allowing you to cultivate present-moment awareness, refine your body alignment, and build deep, functional strength and stability.
Expect a creative and purposeful sequence that challenges your body while calming your mind. You will leave the mat feeling grounded, empowered, and fully connected to yourself.
