Gentle Flow | Beginner Yoga
Shannon is originally from Philadelphia and has lived in Cincinnati for over 10 years. She has been teaching yoga for 5 years. She started out practicing yoga as an athletic recovery but has grown to love the mindfulness and calm yoga brings to her life. In her class, you will feel accepted and welcome. She's an artist, cyclist, reiki practitioner, paddleboarder and foster mom to over a dozen foster dogs.
Gentle Flow
Gentle yoga is gentle on the body, mind, and spirit. It is ideal for beginners, those recovering from injury, or anyone looking for a calming practice. The focus is on stretching and strengthening the body while reducing stress and tension. The poses are modified to accommodate all levels of flexibility and strength, emphasizing proper alignment and ease in each posture.
