We’ll focus on relaxing breathwork to settle the nervous system, followed by mindful, fluid sequences that encourage presence rather than performance. Movements are accessible and unhurried, offering time to explore sensation and cultivate awareness within each pose. The class closes with a self-reflective meditation, inviting you to check in, set personal intentions, and ground yourself for the week ahead. You will be fully refunded if you cancel with 24 hours notice. No refunds will be offered if you cancel with less than 24 hours notice or no show to your scheduled session.
