Relaxing Yoga + Sound Bath
Service Description
All levels welcome. Students will be guided through a gentle yoga flow to allow for a more relaxed state of mind and body during the sound bath. The celestial sound journey includes crystal sound bowls, koshi chimes, crystalline rainstick, ocean drums, and more. I provide the comfy mats, pillows, blankets, weighted eye pillows, and hot tea- you bring your self. *Please bring warm/cozy clothes as your body naturally drops in temperature when in a more meditative state*

You will be fully refunded if you cancel with 24 hours notice. No refunds will be offered if you cancel with less than 24 hours notice or no show to your scheduled session. We will work to reschedule you if you suddenly cannot make your scheduled class. Yoga provides great benefits, but only you know your own body and limits.
