Meet Danni
Restorative/Yin
Danni (she/hers) is an RYT-200 and Trauma-Informed Mindfulness Facilitator who first came to yoga in 2013 while navigating chronic stress and burnout. What began as a personal healing practice has grown into a deep passion for community, embodied movement, and lifelong learning.
Danni believes her dharma—her purpose or mission in life—is to empower people both on and off the mat. Her classes emphasize nervous system regulation techniques, cultivating present‑moment awareness, and interoception - consciously guiding students back to their breath and bodies. She weaves pranayama (breathwork) into every practice and loves incorporating playful challenges into every class.
Students can expect an authentic, welcoming space to explore yoga at their own pace. Danni’s classes blend thoughtful sequencing, supportive guidance, curated playlists, and meaningful yogic or spiritual themes. She currently teaches a blend of Vinyasa, Yin, Yin Yang, Restorative, Yoga Nidra, and trauma‑informed yoga classes.
Danni completed her 200‑hour training at Myriad Yoga in Indianapolis in 2021 and has since taught hundreds of hours of group classes, private sessions, workshops, and special events.
Off the mat, Danni is busy consulting on sustainability challenges through her day job or spending precious time with her husband, Will, and their Labrador retriever, Stevie. She’s a musician, coffee lover, tarot practitioner, avid reader, meditator, journaler, and enthusiastic houseplant and gardening nerd. She runs a small business, Dharma with Danni, and loves traveling, hiking, and exploring whenever she can. She can’t wait to welcome you to class and support you in your practice.
