I am a 52 year old mom to 6 grown children and Gigi to 3 beautiful boys! I have always loved all things fitness and especially the calm and powerful feeling I feel during a yoga class. I am a long time teacher of children and decided last year to also share my passion of yoga with others and obtained my RYT 200 hour yoga certifications. The journey has been nothing short of AMAZING! I look forward to teaching many more classes in 2026 and helping others to recharge and rejuvenate

Start your day with softness and ease. This gentle class blends slow flowing movement with deep stretches to release tension and awaken the body.

Soulful Foundations

A supportive, back-to-basics vinyasa class created to help you feel steady, strong, and at ease on the mat. This slow, intentional flow breaks down foundational poses with clear cueing and mindful transitions. Expect gentle strengthening, deep stretches, and moments of stillness woven throughout.

Soulful Fusion Flow

A nurturing blend of Pilates and Yoga that brings awareness to your center both physically and mentally. Through gentle strengthening, mindful transitions and deep stretches, this class encourages balance, stability and sense of calm that carries beyond the mat.
