Mindful morning Flow

A nurturing practice focused on awareness of the body and mind. Movement, breathwork, and meditation all combine to leave you feeling connected and empowered. Suitable for all levels.

Yoga Strength

A class focused on building strength and stability in the body. We will start with building body strength and over time add resistance bands and weights as the class evolves.Strength Does not have to be intimidating, we will use familiar movements and nervous system regulation techniques to help you feel strong and stretchy.
