Meet Anna

Chakra Yoga

Anna Vasudevan is a Certified Yoga Therapist (C-IAYT), 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-500), and holds a Master of Arts degree. Originally from Brazil and now based in Ohio, she began her yoga training in 1998 and has continued her studies in Brazil, the United States, and India.

She has trained in Classical Hatha Yoga, Anahata Yoga, Nāda Yoga, and Chakra Yoga, studying with respected teachers including Nischala Joy Devi, Tias Little, Julie Lusk, and Anodea Judith. With over 30 years of meditation practice, Anna brings depth, compassion, and discipline to her teaching. Her classes blend asana, pranayama, mudra, meditation, Yoga Nidra, and yoga philosophy to support nervous system balance, self-awareness, and inner healing. Anna’s heart-centered approach helps students reconnect with their resilience, clarity, and joy.

Chakra Yoga

Chakra Yoga is a gentle, integrative practice that works with both the physical body and the subtle energy system. Through breathwork, mindful movement, mantra, mudra, and deep relaxation, we guide prana (life force) through the chakras to help balance the nervous system and restore inner harmony. This class supports stress relief, emotional clarity, and overall well-being from the inside out. All levels are welcome. ✨
