Hello- I'm Chelsie, owner of, and teacher at Bloom Yoga. I am honored to share my space with the wonderful practitioners listed on the previous page- and with you all! I am your main point of contact for the studio, running the site and all socials myself. Please feel free to reach out- always!
I am a 500-RYT trained under Michelle Young through MVP with a focus on Hatha yoga and Ayurveda. I discovered yoga 11 years ago, it has greatly shaped my life and I have such a passion to share that inner wellness through my classes and the studio. My hope for each student who walks through our door is immense relaxation, a calmed nervous system, space for reflection, and a sense of community.

Journey
My unwind & align yoga class begins with pranayama and light meditation. We then begin to stretch into our practice; a combination of vinyasa-yin style yoga, to connect through the whole body and find space and softness within. This practice is meant to ground you and calm the nervous system to reduce cortisol levels, promote better sleep, and create the space for you to disconnect from the world for a while so you can connect back into self.
The sound journey portion of the evening features Koshi chimes, ocean drums, crystalline glass bead rainstick, crystal sound bowls, Tibetan sound bowls, crystal tuning fork, meditation chimes, and more. Fall into a deep meditative state during this celestial sound bath and be held by the vibration of these healing instruments. Weighted eye mask, blankets, and pillows provided for maximum comfort.
